Ingredients

  • Chopped broccoli stems
  • Chopped turnip greens (optional, or celery)
  • 1-tablespoon diced ginger
  • 1-scoop Ningxia Greens
  • 2 drop Young Living lemon vitality essential oil (safe for ingesting)
  • 1-tablespoon each of; olive oil, unrefined flax oil, sesame oil, tamari
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. Chop broccoli and turnip greens (or celery) and ginger finely, put in a glass bowl.
  2. Add the Ningxia Greens, lemon essential oil, tamari, olive oil, flax oil, sesame oil and mix well.
  3. Add water, mix and taste.
  4. Eat raw before any cooked food. This will activate the salivary glands and improve digestion.
