HOW TO APPLY

• Apply mascara from the roots to the tips on upper
  and lower lashes. Use the tip of the brush for hard-to-reach areas.
  For best results, allow mascara to dry between additional
  applications to build extra length.
• Layer mascara to get an even more dramatic look.
