  • Two Avocados and two limes
  • A handful of organic, unsweetened coconut chips
  • Two tablespoons of raw, local honey
  • Young Living lemon or lime essential oils (a couple of drops for after the smoothie is blended)
  • One tablespoon of Young Living Ningxia Greens Prebiotic powder
  • One can of organic coconut milk
  • One cup of water and a hand full of ice
  • Thieves Fruit and vegetable wash
  • Allerzyme digestive enzyme (optional to be taken with the smoothie to support gut health)


  1. Step one Wash the avocados and limes in Thieves fruit and veggie wash to remove any pathogenic gut bugs that might be on the outer skin of the fruit. Cut both avocadoes and limes. Scoop insides out of avocado (throw away the pit) and put the fruit in the blender. Squeeze lime juice and put into blender.
  2. Step two Put all remaining ingredients in a blender (except for the lemon and lime essential oils and the allerzyme digestive enzyme)
  3. Step three Blend everything until smoothie is smooth. Add more water and ice if it's too thick.
  4. Step four Pour smoothie into glasses, add 1 drop each lime and lemon. The essential oils enhance the flavor and help the support growth of beneficial bacteria in our GI tract. Whatever is remaining from smoothie, pour into a glass container and refrigerate and drink throughout the day for a pick me up!
